Winifred ""Winnie"" Weaver, 82, of Fieldsboro, passed away Wednesday, June 10th at Copper Medical Center, Camden. Born in Long Island, NY, she was a resident of Fieldsboro for many years. Winnie retired as a bookkeeper from the State of New Jersey after 26 years of employment. After retirement, she spent much of her time researching her family's genealogy and enjoyed going to yard sales.

Daughter of the late Harold and Mary Sanford, she was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Kenneth Weaver; Winnie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Edward Weaver; her daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Dean Sassaman of Bordentown; her granddaughter, Heather Hadley of Bordentown; a sister, Ann Weaver of Fieldsboro; a niece and her husband, Kathy and Dennis Jerome of Pennsauken; a nephew and his wife, Christopher and Linda Weaver of Florida; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jerome and Phyllis Weaver, Audrey and Tibby Yanes, Bryce and Frances Weaver and Jackie Weaver as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be held 10am Monday, June 15th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St. Bordentown. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 2-4pm at the funeral home.
