Obituary

William Richard Seyfarth

William, better known as Bill, passed away December 29th, 2019. Bill was a graduate of Hope College in Holland Michigan where he earned a Bachelors Degree in applied music, while minoring in Theoretical Music and Education, and German. During his time in college he was part of several bands and was a choir singer. While in school he traveled the country with the All American Boys Choir, once performing on the Burl Ives Show. Bill also served in the Marines along with his brother Ed. He later became a band director and music teacher in Michigan. From there Bill switched from his passion of music to a career in sales. Over the next few decades he worked hard for various companies, receiving many letters of praise and gratitude from customers and coworkers alike. He worked for Korvettes, Silo, Best Buy, and finally Sears where he retired from just two years ago.

Bill was an unbelievably giving man with simple life pleasures. He dedicated his years of retirement to aiding his wife Susan overcome her health struggles. He was the sort of man to give his last penny and the shirt off his back if someone was in need.

Bill was a beloved son, brother, uncle, husband, step-father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Susan, step-daughter Alex, two grandsons Ethan and Benjamin, two very spoiled kitties Mickey and Minnie, and many beloved friends.

A Celebration of Williams life will be held Sunday, January 26 from 11 am until time of service 12 noon at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown NJ.
