William Wayne Savage, 70, of Bordentown, passed away Friday, August 21, 2026 surrounded by his family. Born in Hampton, VA, he moved to New Jersey where he resided in Mercer County for many years, before settling in Bordentown. William was an electrician and an entrepreneur, owning and operating several car washes. He enjoyed playing golf and loved being on the water, especially sailing, fishing and crabbing. His greatest love was that of his family and his dogs, Ash and Kylie.

William is survived by his daughters, Kristin Kakarides, and Shannon Savage and her fiancé, Carl Bonitz; His grandchildren, Nikolaos Kakarides, Gabriel Kakarides-Zapico, and Hudson Savage-Bonitz; His sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy and John Quinn and Lynn and Frank Santoro; His former wife Carolyn Sirak, and his dear friend Judy Robertson, as well as multiple nieces and nephews and many great friends.

He was a hard-working and generous man, loved by many for his sense of humor, love of traveling, big blue eyes and charming southern accent that never faded. He was the life of the party and created a beautiful life, one that will be cherished and missed for eternity.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 1st from 11:00am to 1:00pm, at the Peppler Funeral Home, located at 122 Crosswicks Street, Bordentown, NJ 08505.
