William T. Munley, Sr., 83, passed away Monday, August 3, 2015 at his home with his wife by his side. Born in Forty Fort, PA, he had lived in Ewing, prior to moving to Columbus 31 years ago. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and owned and operated Munley Painting and Contracting. Bill enjoyed sports and was a baseball umpire and basketball referee for surrounding high schools, colleges and leagues around the community.
Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Marguerite Munley and his son, Kevin Munley, he is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Gladys Munley (Plaag), his three sons: Thomas, William Jr. and Robert Munley and three stepsons: Christopher of Bordentown, Richard Delay of Florida and Ronald Delay of Hawaii.
Funeral Services will be 11 am Monday, August 10, at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Interment will follow in Columbus Cemetery.
