William R. Houssell, 69, passed away Friday, November 26, 2010 at St. Francis Medical Center, in Trenton. Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong resident of Bordentown and also spent time in Pawleys Island, SC. He was a graduate of William MacFarland High School and the Antonelli School of Photography. Bill worked as a photographer for Campbell's Soup and Creative Play Things. He was an active member in the community including the Bordentown Elks BPOE #2085 and its Youth Activity Committee, the Yapewi Aquactic Club of Bordentown as well as the Jersey Devils Drum and Bugle Corps.

Son of the late Charles Houssell and Elizabeth Brady (nee Bishop) and husband of the late Sandra Houssell (nee Steele). He was also the beloved father of son, Jegar Houssell and his wife Laura of Hamilton Twp., his daughter, Kirsten Houssell of Bordentown Twp., two brothers, Robert C. Houssell and his wife Patricia of Yardville and Andrew Houssell and his wife Maureen of Florida, his sister-in-law, Virginia S. Sulo as well as nieces, Carrie Hoffman (nee Houssell) and Celeste Inman and nephew, Mark Houssell as well as great nieces and nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in William's name to the Bordentown Elks Youth Activities Committee, 11 Amboy Rd., Bordentown, NJ 08505 Attn: Youth Activities. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown.
