William C. Forman, 88, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2013 at his home, surrounded by his family.  Born in Millstone Township, he was a lifetime resident of the area before moving to Columbus.  Bill was a lifelong farmer in Millstone Twp. and was a member of St. John's Church in Allentown.

Son of the late William C. and Ella Jane Forman, he was predeceased by his wife, Clare Forman.  He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, William C. Forman, III of Columbus and Michael H. and Lois Forman of Powell Wyoming; three grandchildren, Haley, Abbey and Corey and six great grandchildren, Tyler, Caden, Luke, Olivia, Josh and Macy Claire.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 am on Friday, February 1 ^st at St. John's Church, 1282 Yardville Rd., Allentown.  Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery.  Friends may Thursday from 6-8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
