Wesley C. Jones, Jr., 61, of Florence, passed away Friday, February 16, 2024. Born in Allentown, NJ, he was a graduate of Northern Burlington Highschool & The College of New Jersey (Trenton State) with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Wesley worked his whole career for the State of New Jersey Department of Corrections (SID) and retired as Senior Investigator. In his free time, he enjoyed learning about aviation, going to air shows, cooking and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Wesley was also a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Hamilton.

Son of the late Ruth and Wesley Jones Sr., he was predeceased by his brother, Ray Robinson. Wesley is survived by his wife of 19 years, Marivel Jones; his sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Louis Nyiri; his brother and sister-in-law, Freddie and Michelle Robinson and his nephews, Michael Nyiri, Daniel Nyiri, Javon Robinson, Xavier Robinson, Ray Robinson Jr., Jared Robinson, and Charlie Robinson.

A viewing will be held Friday, March 1st from 6-8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. Funeral Service will be held 10:30am on Saturday, March 2nd at Faith Baptist Church, 2111 Kuser Rd, Hamilton Square. Interment will follow in Allentown Methodist Cemetery, Allentown, NJ.
