Warren E. Grant, 64, of Cream Ridge, passed away Monday, February 8, 2010 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton. Born in Allentown, he was a lifetime resident of the Allentown and Cream Ridge areas. Warren attended Allentown High School and was employed at Sambol Construction Corporation in Toms River, where he worked for 47 years. He loved to garden, farm and cook, especially on the barbeque.

Son of the late Warren Grant and sister of the late Edith Hlubik, he is survived by his wife of 46 years, Lorraine Gustafson Grant; his mother, Olive R. Grant; four daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Wayne Jones, Lori and Jim Peters, Kathy and Steve Mulligan and Becky and Rich Matthews; seven grandchildren Barbara Jones, Erinn Sudol, T.J. Peters, Matthew and Meagan Francis and Julia and Grace Matthews; a sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Samuel Hendrickson all of Cream Ridge as well as many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, 7pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. The Rev. Horace Frantz will officiate. Friends may call Saturday from 4pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
