Walter R. Weitzel, 76, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009, after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Philadelphia and was a Graduate of Central High School and Penn State University. Walter was a decorated Army veteran, who served in The Korean War with the US Military Advisory Group to the Korean Army. He was a member of Frankford Lodge #292, F. & A.M. and was associated, for many years, with the steel industry and retired as President of Precision Coil Processing, Inc., (now Coil Plus) in 1992.

He is survived by his wife, three children, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
