Walter F. Karolkiewicz, P.E., 66, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, Hamilton. Born in Trenton, Walter worked as a Chemical Engineer for Headwaters Technology Innovations (HTI). He retired as a Safety Manger in 2015 after 40 years of service. A member of AIChE and ASSE, Walter was also a life member of the NRA and a member of the Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol Club.

Son of the late Adam and Jeannette Karolkiewicz, he is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Susan H. Karolkiewicz; his sister and brother-in-law, Christine M. and Steven Movsovich; his brother and sister-in-law, Robert E. and Joanne Karolkiewicz; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Elizabeth and Ronald Rossell, Jules "Skip" Harlicka and William and Debra Harlicka; a special niece, Lisa Seed as well as many other nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Friday, April 22nd at the Church of the Assumption Chapel, 76 Evergreen Rd., New Egypt. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton. Friends may call Thursday from 5:30-7:30pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.
