Virginia Lee Glenk 82, of Fieldsboro, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Serenity Hospice in Hamilton after a short, but mighty battle with cancer.

Ginny was born in Wycoff, NJ and grew up in Sussex.  She graduated from Sussex High School and later from Helene Fuld School of Nursing in Trenton.  She was a dedicated RN for 52 years.

She was a bookworm, loved word puzzles, her dog Tugboat, traveling to Minnesota to see her grandsons, and spending every weekend during the summer with her husband John on their boat in Maryland.  She left her heart on the Eastern Shore.

Daughter of the late C. Wesley and Mildred (Ackerman) Lee, mother of the late David Waln, and sister of the late Robert E. Lee; she is survived by her husband John; her son, Nicholas; daughter, Jennifer (Alan); grandsons, Dylan (Melissa), Connor, and Hunter; her sisters, Barbara and Patricia (James); many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends that she cherished.

The service will be private under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown.
