Veronica J. McNeill, 92, of Allentown, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2011 at the Orchards at Bartley in Jackson.  Born in Philadelphia, she was a longtime Allentown resident.  A graduate of Hamilton High School, Veronica retired from Allentown/Upper Freehold School District.  She was a faithful member of St. John's Church and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Daughter of the late William and Frances Robb and wife of the late John McNeill she is survived by four children, Gail McNeill, John McNeill and his wife Janell, Joan McNeill Kovacs and Jeffrey McNeill and his wife Susan; four grandchildren, Kimberly and Timothy Kovacs and Sean and Connor McNeill; a sister and brother-in-law, Bernice and Howard Peters; a sister-in-law, RoseMary McKeever as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 12pm on Saturday, September 3 ^rd at St. John's Church 1282 Yardville Rd, Allentown.  Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S.
