It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Veronica Dawn Garofalo, age 90, who departed this life on Friday, August 1, surrounded by the love of her family and friends. Born in Trenton, New Jersey, Veronica made her home in the Allentown and Chesterfield communities, enriching the lives of all who knew her.

Beyond her love of life and travel, she was an avid bowler whose competitive spirit was matched only by her love for a well-crafted cocktail. Her passion for life found its fullest expression in her generous heart and unwavering support for those around her.

Active within the Rosary Altar Society of the Assumption and a beloved presence in numerous senior communities, Veronica gave freely of her time and affection. Her legacy is one of kindness, devotion, and sincere friendship—she will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.

Veronica was predeceased by her parents, Clifford and Catherine Breece, and by her beloved husband, Pasquale Garofalo. She leaves behind a loving family: her daughters, Veronica & James Reilly and Patricia & Joseph Burg; her sons, Salvatore Garofalo II & wife Elizabeth, and Pasquale Garofalo Jr. Also leaving behind 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9am on Friday, August 8th at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish, Assumption Church, 28 Monmouth Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. Family and friends are invited to a visitation following Mass from 10:30am to 12 Noon on Friday, August 8th, at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown. Interment will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran Cemetery in Wrightstown.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Veronica's name to the Rosarian Club at St. Isadore the Farmer Parish, to honor her enduring spirit of generosity and service.

Veronica's light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who were privileged to know her.
