Avis G. "Sue" Woodward, 84, of Cream Ridge, NJ passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson at New Brunswick, surrounded by her children.  Born in Trenton, she grew up in Hamilton Square before moving to Crosswicks where she and her husband raised their family.  Sue later moved to Cream Ridge in 2012.

Sue was dedicated to caring for her family and loved spending time at the beach, especially Seaside Heights.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed movies, going to the casinos, shopping, baking and Elvis Presley.  Sue was also a talented painter and made several pieces cherished by her family.

Predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Ken Woodward, grandson, Jason Finlayson, and brother and sister-in-law, John and JoAnn Watson.  Sue is survived by her children, Kim and Les Robbins, Morgan and Robin Finlayson, and Jackie and Bruce Patterson; her grandchildren, Chris Robbins, Allen Robbins, Joshua Finlayson, Jessica Finlayson; her great grandsons, Mason Rugosso and Aiden Finlayson; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Butch and Linda Watson and Bob and Kathy Watson; her close family friend whom she loved like a daughter, Carrie Walchko; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held Monday, October 3 ^rd from 5-7pm and again Tuesday, October 4 ^th from 10-11am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown. Funeral service will be held 11am on Tuesday at the funeral home.  Interment will follow in the North Crosswicks Cemetery, Hamilton.
