Stephen F. Mulligan, Sr. 49, of Cream Ridge, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at his home. Born in New Brunswick, he grew up in Millstone Twp. and lived in the Cream Ridge area for many years. An Allentown High School graduate, Steve worked for Sigma Corporation for 17 years. He was an avid NASCAR and Giants fan and enjoyed working in his yard, barbequing with his friends and family, and riding his Harley.

Son of the late Francis Mulligan, he is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Mulligan; two children, Stephen F. Mulligan Jr. and Samantha R. Montervino; two step-children, Matthew Francis and his wife Sarah and Meagan Francis; his mother and stepfather, Audrey and August Engler; his stepmother, Elaine Mulligan; siblings, Robert Mulligan and his wife, Anne, Kathleen Dumers and her husband, Peter, Maureen Mulligan, Michael Mulligan and his wife, Debbie and Theresa Dunn and her husband Allen; stepbrothers, Randy Harrison and his wife, Jackie and Mark Harrison; a godson, Joseph Monk, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 6 pm, Saturday, November 9th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 So. Main St., Allentown. Friends may call Saturday, from 4pm until time of service.
