Stacy L. Foy, 55, of Allentown, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she spent her early childhood in Nutley and lived in Somerset and Robbinsville for many years, before moving to Allentown in 2020.  Stacy worked as a project manager and consultant primarily in the financial services industry before transitioning recently to work for Villages in Partnership, a nonprofit committed to addressing the critical needs of human development in Malawi, Africa. She was an active member of the Allentown Presbyterian Church and was a loving wife and mother who was devoted to her family. She loved singing and cooking and enjoyed entertaining family and friends, especially during the holidays. She also enjoyed traveling and ski trips and quiet times listening to music or reading a book.

Daughter of the late James and Esther Botbyl, Stacy is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Michael Foy; her children, Alexander and Keira; her sister, Tricia Botbyl; her parents-in-law, Julie and Peter Foy as well as many extended family and friends.

A visitation with the family will be held at Crossroads Youth Center, 75 S. Main Street in Allentown, on Thursday, February 1st between 5pm and 8pm. Light refreshments will be provided. A funeral service will be held at Allentown Presbyterian Church, 20 High Street in Allentown, at 10:30 AM on Friday, February 2nd, with a luncheon provided afterwards.
