Stacey Lynn Mulligan, 48, of Allentown, passed away peacefully at Water's Edge in Trenton on December 4, 2013. Born in Trenton, she was a lifetime Allentown resident. A graduate of Allentown High School and Trenton State, Stacey worked for IBM and later NCR Corporation. She was a volunteer with the Special Olympics. Stacey was known for having a big heart and an outgoing personality.

Predeceased by her sister, April M. Van Horn, she is survived by her husband, Teddy Mulligan; her parents, George and Helen Van Horn; brother-in-law, Robert Kantorski; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. The family would like to thank the staff at Water's Edge for many years of kindness and care.

Services were private under the direction of the Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown. Memorial contributions may be made in Stacey's name to Water's Edge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, 512 Union Street, Trenton, NJ 08611.
