Sharon L. MacDermid , 82, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at home with her family by her side. Born in Wheeling, WV she had lived in Hamilton Township for the last 58 years. Sharon was an Army Veteran and served as an operation room specialist prior to being a Nurse and working for Mercer Medical Center and Dr. Myrna Soriano. She was a life time member of the American Legion Post #31 of Hamilton and the Bordentown Chapter of Eastern Star # 257.

Predeceased by her beloved husband John (Jack) Spence MacDermid and daughter Kathleen Edith MacDermid she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Clifford and Dori MacDermid, her grandchildren: John Spence and Daniel Owen MacDermid all of Barnstable, MA. Several cousins including Barbara Abraham and her close dear friends Dot Sherman and Alice Tozzi for their help and support.

Services for Sharon will be held 12:00 am Tuesday, May 2 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Friends may call Tuesday morning from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown.
