Sarah Scaglione, 102, of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at CareOne of Hamilton. Born in Cobleskill, NY; she was an area resident for several years. Sarah loved life. She enjoyed reading and like cats and birds.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Mary DePalo, she was predeceased by her husband, Ernest Scaglione. Sarah is survived by her children, Ernest Scaglione of Brooklyn and Lora Disporto of Tinton Falls; her grandchildren, Robert Donohue and his wife Kelly, Thomas Donohue, Jennifer Shane and her husband Jason and Emanuel Disporto, III and his wife Nicole.

As request by Sarah, there will be no visitation.  All are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated 11am Friday October 4 ^th at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 1282 Yardville-Allentown Rd., Allentown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sarah's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.
