Sara J. Smith, 80, of Groveville, passed away Friday, January 11, with her family at her side, in Virtua Memorial Hospital, in Mt. Holly. Born and educated in Trenton, she was a resident of Groveville for 60 years. She retired from GM Fischer Body Division of Ewing and was a member of the Groveville Garden Seniors, the La Barron Seniors, and the Robbinsville Fellowship Club and was a volunteer for Contact.

Daughter of the late Anna and Samuel Cammarata, wife of the late John W. Smith and mother of the late Samuel W. Smith, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law; John Timothy and Patricia Smith of West Virginia, 4 daughters and 3 sons-in-law; Lisa N. Wurpel of Southampton, Susan and Ken Trowbridge of PA., Donna and Harry Ryba of Cream Ridge, and Margaret and Henry E. Smith of Milmay. 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. 2 sisters and 1 brother-in-law; Marie Guthrie of Pleasantville and JoAnn and Daniel Bryanall of Somers Point, as well as many nieces and nephews

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 11 am at the St. Vincent De Paul Church, 555 Allentown Rd., Yardville. There are no viewing hours and interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent De Paul Church, 555 Allentown Rd, Yardville, NJ 08620. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown, NJ.
