Ginny Otway, 87, formerly of Princeton, NJ and currently of Carlisle, PA passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at home. She was born on January 12, 1928 in Trenton, NJ.
Ginny was a devoted loving wife, mother, grandmother and a true friend to many. She was an avid golfer having 2 hole- in-ones during her golf years. Ginny loved being with family and friends and spent a great deal of time traveling worldwide with her husband. On her 50th wedding anniversary she told a friend, "I've had everything in life that I could have ever wanted". Ginny was a kind soul who will be remembered by many for a very long time.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 67 years, Leo Otway, her son Robert and wife Susan Otway and daughter, Barbara Rose, all of Carlisle. Additionally, two grandsons, Rob and James Rose, and a great granddaughter, Reagan Rose.
A private burial will take place on Monday September 14. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2-4 PM on Monday Sept. 14 at Palestine Lodge River Road Montgomery Township, N.J. Memorial contributions made in the name of Ginny Otway be made to the Alzheimer's at: http://www.alz.org/
