Ruth I. Nelson , 98, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2021 just three days prior to her 99 ^th birthday. Born in Bradford, PA she had been a resident of Bordentown Township for the last 71 years. She retired after working as a clerk for Pathmark for 20 years. Ruth was a member of Pearson Memorial Methodist Church, the Bordentown Township Senior Citizens and the Red Hatters.

Predeceased by her parents, George Johnston and Blanche Kellam, her beloved husband Raymond E. Nelson and sister to the late: Robert, Raymond, Charles and Rodney Johnston, she is survived by her loving daughter: Patricia Smith and her husband Thomas of Bordentown Township, her grandchildren: William Shaune Kent and his wife Michelle of Palmyra, PA, great grandchildren: Kieran and Riley, her brother: Richard Johnston and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
