Ruth Jones, 97 of Bordentown, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Preferred Care at Hamilton.  Born in Germany, Ruth worked as a nurse in Germany during WWII. After the war she moved to the United States where she raised her family.  She worked as a technician for Sav-On Pharmacy in Hamilton and in her spare time, Ruth volunteered at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital.  Ruth was also very active with her church, New Apostolic Church in Cinnaminson, NJ.  She also enjoyed cooking and baking and was a talented painter and crocheter.

Predeceased by her husband, Wesley Jones, Sr. and her son, Ray Robinson; Ruth is survived by her children and their spouses, Fred and Michelle Robinson, Ruth and Louis Nyiri and Wesley and Marivel Jones.  She is also survived by many grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held Thursday, January 13 ^th from 7-9pm and again Friday, January 14 ^th from 10-11am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Friday, January 14 ^th at the funeral home.  Interment will follow in the Allentown Methodist Cemetery.
