Ruby J. Klink, 84, of Cream Ridge, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills. Born in Dillon, SC, Mrs. Klink was the daughter of sharecroppers and grew up picking cotton. After years of hard labor, she earned a scholarship to McLeod University's Nursing School where she became a Registered Nurse. After meeting her husband, Mrs. Klink move to New Jersey and worked at Princeton Hospital as a floor nurse for 20 years. She has worked as the school nurse for the Allentown/Upper Freehold School District for the past 42 years and was currently employed at Stonebridge Middle School. Mrs. Klink was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #257 of Bordentown.

Predeceased by her husband, Donald Klink and daughter, Mary Klink, she is survived by her daughter, Kathy Gerardi and two grandchildren, Katlyn and David Gerardi all of Cream Ridge as well as many friends in the community.

Funeral service will be held 11am on Saturday, June 6th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown. Interment will follow in the Emley's Hill Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 2-4pm and again 7-9pm at the funeral home.
