Obituary

Ronald F. Sexton, Sr., 70, of Groveville died Thursday, December 13, 2013 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. He was born in Groveville and had resided there all of his life. Ronald served in the U.S. Army with Battery "A", 27th Artillery Unit, 6th Battalion as a SP 4 during the Vietnam War. He retired from his employment at Ft. Dix where he was a Master Carpenter. Ron was a member of American Legion Post # 31, the Bordentown Elks and the Freehold Deer Club. He was an avid outdoorsman, hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Lincoln) Sexton, two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ron, Jr. and Debra Sexton of Allentown and Michael Sexton of Groveville; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Arthur and Pam Lincoln of Augusta, Maine and John and Virginia Harrison of Pemberton; grandson Rexx Tucker Homyak of Florida; two nieces and several aunts and cousins.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. from the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks Street, Bordentown where friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association , the SPCA or Pet Rescue. Burial will be at a later date in the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans
