Ronald C. Robinson, 71, of Hamilton, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015 at B Well Post-Acute Care of Hamilton. Born and raised in Groveville, he was a resident of Robbinsville for 30 years. A graduate of Hamilton High School West, Ronald retired from the State of New Jersey as an Assistant Director of the Office of Information and Technology after 38 years of service. He was a former captain of the Groveville Fire Company and a former president of the Cranbury Swim Club. A trustee and member of the Groveville United Methodist Church, Ronald was an avid fisherman who enjoyed woodworking, traveling, and watching New York Yankees baseball and stock car racing. Above all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Son of the late Charles and Phoebe Robinson, he was predeceased by his youngest son, Craig R. Robinson. Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Marjorie A. Robinson; a daughter-in-law, Tara Kszepka, his sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Terri Robinson and Todd and Karen Robinson; grandchildren Jared, Lindsay, Colleen, Alex, Aidan, Kellsey and Matthew; his brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Katherine Robinson and a nephew and niece, Joshua and Janeann Robinson.
Funeral services will be held 11:30 am on Tuesday, June 23rd at the Groveville United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 10:30 am until the time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Groveville United Methodist Church, 447 Church St., Groveville, NJ 08620.
