Ronald Barnard , 94, of Bordentown City passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton with his loving family by his side. An educator by profession, Ronald taught in his hometown of Bernardsville, NJ for many years before retiring to live a wonderful life with his beloved wife of 67 years, Dorothy Barnard. Ronald was an expert at fixing what needed fixing, and he and his wife were great parishioners of The First Presbyterian Church of Bordentown. Ronald will be missed by all.

Predeceased by his parents Charles and Margaret Barnard, his daughter Nancy Hetman, and his brother Charles A. Barnard. Ronald is survived by his loving wife Dorothy Barnard of Bordentown, his daughter Janet and Matt Trembley of P.A., his brothers; Robert J . Barnard of N.H. and Richard E. Barnard of NJ. He is also survived by his granddaughters; Allison and Levi Ahlefeld, Kristin Kirby, Sarah Shultz and Maggie Hetmen as well as four great grandchildren.

A memorial service for Ronald will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday, November 29 th at The First Presbyterian Church, 420 Farnsworth Ave, Bordentown, NJ 08505. Inurnment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Services are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown.
