Robert W. Scott, Jr., 8 1 , of Allentown, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Born in Trenton, in the family home, Bob entered the Air Force after High School and served as radio relay mechanic during the Vietnam War. He retired from Bohren's Moving and Storage in Robbinsville, where he worked as a truck driver.
Bob enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Vietnam Vets Motorcycle Club. He was a handy craftsman with a meticulous eye and was always designing and working on home and landscaping projects. Bob had an adventurous spirit, he and his wife, Fay took many trips all over the United States and the world. He had a knack for capturing the beauty in their travels through photography. Above all, Bob loved spending time with his wife and his beloved dog Fiona.
Son of the late Marion E. and Robert W. Scott, Sr., he was predeceased by his brother, William "Bill" Scott. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Fay Soden Scott; his daughters, Dawn Cree and Diane LaRock; his sister, Judy Rupert, sisters-in-law, Bee Ernst, Joy Dixon, Debra Kramer and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, April 26 th from 6-9pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 South Main St. Allentown. A time of sharing will be held at some point during the viewing. Cremation will be private.
Interment will be held in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, at a later date, to be announced.
