Robert E. Christ, 92, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Samaritan Hospice in Mt. Holly Twp., NJ. Born in Bethlehem, PA, he was a resident of Bordentown for the last 61 years. An Air Force Veteran during WWII, he retired as a Safety Engineer for New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company of Trenton. Robert was a member of the Civil Air Patrol, the American Society of Safety Engineers, the VFW and St. Mark's Lutheran Church of Hamilton.

Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Clara Weaver; his six brothers, Frank, Herbert, Richard, Roy, James and Kenneth and sister, Caroline; he is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Carolyn Stinson Christ; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Linda Christ of Middletown, DE, Mark and Grace Christ of Ewing Township; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen L. and Harold Breninghouse of Hamilton and Lynne and Michael Martin of Yardville; five grandchildren, Ryan and Matthew Christ, Derek, Keven and Heather Taylor and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be 10 am Tuesday, April 28 at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 350 Whitehorse Ave, Hamilton, NJ. Interment will follow in The New Jersey Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. Friends may call Monday evening 4:30 to 7 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown NJ and again on Tuesday morning from 9 am until time of service at the church.
