Richard F. Wheeler ""Luke"", 83, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013 at Lourdes Medical Center in Willingboro. Born in Roebling, he lived in Fieldsboro most of his life. He was a Navy Veteran during the Korean War and worked for CFI- Roebling Steel and Gaum Inc in Robbinsville. Richard was an avid hunter and trapper and enjoyed fishing.

Husband of the late Jean E. Stanton Wheeler, he is survived by his brother-in-law, William Stanton of Fieldsboro as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friend Janet Woodward.

Funeral Services will be 11 am Friday, March 8th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery. Friends may call Friday morning 9 am until time of service at the funeral home.
