Richard W. Stryeski, 72, of Cream Ridge passed away Monday, March 10, 2019 at his home. Born in Hackensack, he was a resident of Hamilton most of his life before moving to Jensen's Deep Run community. A US Air Force veteran, he worked at IBM (Lexmark) and later owned and operated Totally Pets and Hobby in Hamilton. Richard was a private pilot and had a passion for flying. This passion carried over into his favorite pastime and love for flying radio-controlled airplanes. He was a member and served as webmaster for the Mercer County Radio Control Society, the former Scout Master of Troop 40 of Dutch Neck and an avid outdoorsman.

Son of the late Catherine and Vincent Stryeski, Sr., Richard is survived by his brothers and sisters, Vincent Jr. and Kathryn Stryeski, Kathleen Stryeski and Fawn Stryeski; his step mother, Eileen Behrens and his nephews and nieces, Bryan, Adam, Kristen, Kaitlyn, Ryan and Amanda.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 20 ^th from 11am to 12 noon at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Funeral Service will begin at 12 noon on Wednesday. Interment will follow in Brigadier Gen W. C Doyle Veterans Cemetery in Arneytown.
