Richard R. Wright, 83, of Upper Freehold Twp. passed away Sunday at his home. He was a lifetime resident of Upper Freehold Twp. Richard, along with his brother Robert, was an owner and operator of the Wright Brothers Farm. He was a member of the Bordentown Elks Lodge 2085 and an avid gardener, hunter and fisherman.

Son of the late Russell and Ella Wright, he was predeceased by three siblings, Florence Malsbury, George Wright and Marian Wright. Richard is survived by his wife of 62 years, Clare Wright; his daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ellen ""Mitzi"" and Robert Schoen of Chesterfield; three grandchildren, Brian Schoen of Bordentown, Kelly Schoen of Cape Coral, Fl and Kristin and her husband Eric Wishnow of Hillsborough; a great granddaughter, Madison Wishnow; his siblings, Doris and William Dingle of Ft. Myers, Fl, Robert and Connie Wright of Upper Freehold Twp., Marie and Daniel Rehl of Upper Freehold Twp. Ruth and Floyd Davison of Ft. Myers, Fl and Harry and Linda Wright of Upper Freehold Twp.; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary and Arthur Ivins of Newtown, PA as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Friday 11am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. The Rev. Garrett Knudsen will officiate. Interment will follow in Princeton Memorial Park, Robbinsville. Friends may call Thursday 7-9pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J.
