Richard R. Baylor, 56, of Millstone Twp., NJ, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold, NJ. Born in Staten Island, he resided in Millstone for 23 years.  A graduate of Wagner College in Staten Island, Richard was employed at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Analyst of Business Operations.  He was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Millstone and was part of the ""Lookin Up"" Band at the Allentown Presbyterian Church.  Richard was a passionate musician, guitarist and songwriter.  He was devoted to his family, friends, and college fraternity brothers. He loved the LBI shore and enjoyed skimboarding, surfing and skiing.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Marian J. Cardone-Baylor; his beloved children, Trevor Richard, Kerianne Donna and Andrew Robert; his parents, Robert and Merilyn Baylor; two sisters, Julie Baylor Klimowicz and her husband William and Nancy Baylor Milnes and her husband Peter; his father and mother-in-law, Matthew and Catherine Cardone; sister-in-law, Donna Cardone Hayes; brother-in-law, Robert Cardone and his wife Kathy; nieces and nephews: Billy, Michael, Peter, Haley, Sara, Erin, Keli, Jodi, Patrick, Lisa and Dan as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and dearest friends.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 12 ^th at 11:30 am at the Allentown Presbyterian Church, 20 High St., Allentown, NJ. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.  Friends may pay their respects Sunday, June 9th from 12-2pm and again Monday, June 10th from 6-9pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Rich's memory to the ""Richard Baylor Foundation"" to be distributed to his children's college scholarship funds.  Donations may be mailed to the Richard Baylor Foundation P.O.
