Raymond J. Sentak, 61, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at his residence in Chesterfield Township. Born in Trenton, he had lived in Hamilton Township, before moving to Chesterfield 22 years ago. He was a Coast Guard Veteran during the Vietnam War and enjoyed collecting classic cars. Raymond was the owner/operator of â??Over The Rainbow' in Bordentown Township.

Son of the late John Sentak, brother of the late Dolores Krawczun and husband of the late Gertrude ""Trudy"" Sentak, he is survived by his mother Anna Sentak (nee Krisak) , his son and daughter-in-law; Daniel J. and Jennifer Sentak of Chesterfield, his daughter: Jessica Sentak also of Chesterfield, his brother, Richard Sentak and his wife Jill of Bordentown, his sister Betty Birmingham and her husband Jack of Binghamton, NY and his grandson Adam Sentak.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday 10 am at St. Mary's Church, 45 Crosswicks St. , Bordentown. Family and friends may call Monday evening 7 to 9 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
