Raymond H. Giles, 73, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 19, 2017. Born and raised in Bordentown, he was a resident of the area most of his life. He was an Army Veteran during the Vietnam War and retired from Yates Industries in Bordentown after 35 years.
Predeceased by his parents, Harry and Helen Giles, his brother, Wayne Giles and his beloved son, Raymond M. Giles, he is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Edith M. Giles (nee Cooper), his son: John King of Pennsauken, his daughter: Tara Pontes of Rhode Island, his siblings: Barbara Childs and her husband Robert of Bordentown, Gary Giles and his wife Sharon of Tabernacle, Janet Hunt and her husband Jim of Jobstown and Rosie Simmons and her husband Matt of Allentown. Four grandchildren: Christine, Johnny, Dylan and Devon and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 11 am Thursday, May 25 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm and again on Thursday morning from 10 am until time of service.
