Ralph Meatto, 87, of Cream Ridge, passed away Wednesday August 6th at CareOne of Jackson. Born in Weehawken, NJ he lived in Kendall Park for many years before moving to live with his daughter in Cream Ridge five years ago. A WWII Navy veteran Ralph retired after 26 years of employment for the US Postal Service in Kendall Park. He was a former member of the Elks and VFW Post 9111 of Kendall Park.

Husband of the late Anna Meatto; he is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Joanne and Michael Feeney of Cream Ridge and Rosemary and David DeSchryver of Chicago, IL; a son and daughter-in-law, Ralph and Stephanie Meatto of Houston, TX; eight grandchildren, Heather and Michael Feeney, Anna, Lisa, Lori and Kimberly DeSchryver and Rachael and Carolyn Meatto; a sister, Catherine Caroselli of Fort Lee, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday 10:30am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. Friends may call Tuesday from 9:30am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's local VFW.
