Phyllis Schuette, 95, of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Born in Union City, Phyllis was a long-time resident of Secaucus prior to joining the Enchantment Community in Hamilton in 2005. Most recently, Phyllis moved to Millstone Township to reside with family. She retired from Hudson United Bank, now TD Bank, where she held the title of Vice President and Branch Manager. She was an active member of St. John the Baptist Church in Allentown and participated in both St. John's 50+ Club and the St. Gregory's Seniors Group. She loved history and enjoyed traveling, going to the theater, and spending time with friends. Most of all, Phyllis was a loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

Daughter of the late Vincenzo and Carmella (nee Donnaruma) Iannazzone, she was predeceased by her husband, Walter Schuette; her sisters, Elsie Iannazzone, Vera and her husband, Harold Cannata Sr., Mary and her husband, Joseph "Pinky" Corbella; her brother, Frank Iannazzone and great nephew-in-law, Aldo Ostolaza. Phyllis is survived by her sister-in-law, Barbara Iannazzone; her nephews, Dennis Cannata and his wife, Karen, Anthony Corbella and his wife , Patricia; her niece, Linda and her husband, O'Neil Perez; great nieces, Jacqueline Ostolaza, Lori-Anne and her husband, Mark Leonard, Sr. and Holly and her husband, John Denisewicz and her great grand nieces and nephews, Isabella, Joseph, and Aldo Matteo Ostolaza and Alexis and Mark Leonard Jr.

Visitation will take place Friday, October 23 ^rd from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Peppler Funeral Home 114 So. Main St. Allentown. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00am at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, 1281 Yardville-Allentown Road, Allentown, NJ. Interment will be held in the Parish Cemetery.
