Phyllis Ann Horner, 60, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. Born in Trenton, she had been a resident of the area most of her life. Phyllis was an Army Veteran and served with the military police. She worked as a senior administrative assistant with Munich Reinsurance America Inc, in Plainsboro and was a member of Celebration Community Church of Bordentown.

Predeceased by her parents, Phillip and Antoinette Keiser, she is survived by her beloved husband of 32 years, Frank J. Horner of Bordentown. Her sister and brother-in-law: Denise and Frank Siebel of Oakford, PA. Her 2 brothers-in-law: John Horner of Bordentown and Richard Horner and his wife Jacqueline of Hamilton Township. Her nephews: Phillip Siebel and his wife Natasha, Matthew, Sean and Paul Horner, nieces: Kaylee and Teresa Horner and her grandniece: Genevieve.

Funeral Services will be held 12 noon Wednesday, August 21 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 and again on Wednesday morning from 11 am until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Brig. Gen Wm C Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Phyllis' name to Celebration Community Church, PO Box 140, Columbus, NJ 08022.
