Philip D. Foga , 85,

Philip better known as "Buddy", passed away on Tuesday, 20th of June 2023 at Hamilton Grove Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Mercerville, NJ. Buddy was born and raised in Camden, NJ. He had lived in various areas before settling in Hamilton Township. He was a  graduate of Camden County Vocational School as a mechanic.  At the age of 17, he joined the Marines serving as a Lance Corporal with the 2nd Marine Division.   He went on to serve and retired as Master Sergeant with the 732nd Air Force Reserves as a Flight Engineer/Load Master.   Philip retired from ARI Fleet Management after 23 years as a Fleet Service Representative. Philip served in the Community with The American Legion Post 39 in Roebling , and  The Burlington County Marine Corp League.

Philip is preceeded in death by Daniel Foga (Father), Dorothy Foga (nee Glassman, Mother), Rosa Foga(Sister),Florence Foga (Sister), and Warren Johnson (Son-in-law )

He is survived by his beloved wife Eileen(nee Matthews) Foga, his Children Richard Foga of Easthampton, Teresa Foga of Texas. James (Amy)Foga of Roebling, Thomas (Caroline) Foga of Highland Park, Joyce Johnson of Cream Ridge, Robert Foga (Cindee Joy Lerner Granoff) of King of Prussia, and Roseann Foga of Burlington City.  His brother: Edward Foga of Florida and his sister: Mother Joyce Foga of Pittsburgh. 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Veterans Association,  Heart Association, and Kidney Association.

Services will be held 1:30 pm Wednesday June 28 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Friends may call from 12:30 until time of service at the funeral home. Inurnment with honors will follow in Brig. Gen. Wm C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
