Peter J. Leto, 91, of Allentown, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at his home. Born in Belleville, NJ, he was a resident of Harrison, NJ for most of his life prior to moving to Allentown 16 years ago. A WWII Army Veteran, Peter retired from Otis Elevator Company. He was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church in Allentown and a lifetime member of the VFW. Peter enjoyed taking drives and gardening.

Son of the late Rosalie and Amedio Leto, he is survived by his wife of 67 years, Carmella Leto; his daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Ronnie Floyd; his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Carol Leto; his grandchildren, Brian Mutzberg, Bethany Hall, Ericka Mead, Keith Leto and Jamie Leto and his great grandchildren, Teddy, Olivett, Lucy, Fiona, Luke, Ella and Mason.

A graveside service will be held 10am on Monday, August 31st at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the DAV, PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.
