Obituary

Pearl L. Beatty, 88, of Chesterfield, passed away Friday, March 3, 2017 at Compassionate Care Hospice, Hamilton. Born in Extonville, she was a lifetime area resident. Pearl worked at Circle F in Trenton before working as a waitress for most of her life where she served customers at several restaurants including the Parfait House in Hamilton and Woody's Town Café in Allentown. A longtime member of the Crosswicks United Methodist Church, she enjoyed to crochet and had a great affection for roosters.

Daughter of the late Arthur and Mildred Grover, she was predeceased by her husband, Richard Beatty, III; her sister, Dolores Wolverton and brothers, Roger and LeRoy Grover. Pearl is survived by her children and their partners, Richard Beatty IV and Vicki Husted and Cindy Beatty and Henry Freck; her grandchildren, Richard Beatty, V and Casey Lynn Thomas; great grandchildren, Summer and Kory Beatty; siblings, Charles Grover, Carolyn Matlack, Ella Blanchard, Evelyn Cook, George Grover, Patti Rosina and Joann Beatty as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held 10am on Thursday, March 9th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in North Crosswicks Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-9pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Pearl's name to the Compassionate Care Hospice, 1 Hamilton Health Plaza, 3rd Floor South, Hamilton, NJ 08690.
