Patrick Robert Welsh, 52, of Allentown, passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his family. Born in Peoria, IL, he moved to Allentown 20 years ago. A member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Allentown, Patrick worked as a Sr. Vice President for Global Treasury Services at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. In his free time, he enjoyed playing golf, coaching little league baseball and recreational basketball and most of all spending time with his children.

Patrick is survived by his wife of 22 years, Margaret Welsh, his children, Ryan, Grace and Timmy; his mother, Dolores Welsh; his father and stepmother, Bob and Marikay Welsh; his siblings, Paula Black, Peggy Ciriello and her husband Jim, Peter Welsh and his wife Mary and Kevin Welsh and his wife Chrissy as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1pm on Saturday, July 11 ^th at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 1282 Yardville-Allentown Rd., Allentown. A visitation with the family will be held Saturday from 9-12pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Burial will be private at a later date. Please note, there is limited capacity and social distancing and face covers must be worn in both the church and funeral home.
