Onally Chinwala, 86, of Allentown, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his family. Born in Mumbai, India, he was a graduate of Vidyalankar School of Information Technology in Mumbai and earned his Master of Engineering from Cornell University. Onally retired from Johnson and Johnson where he worked as a research director in the Personal Products division.

An exercise enthusiast, Onally loved popcorn, good food, daily exercise, and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of almost 57 years, Shafia Chinwala and his daughter, Shaheen Chinwala.

A visitation with the family will be held Saturday, January 30 ^th from 11am-3pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown. Burial will be held privately later that day.
