Nikolina Ilijic, 89, of Robbinsville, passed away Monday, May 16, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson in Hamilton. Born in Rijeka, Croatia, she married her husband, Nikola Ilijic, on May 14, 1955. In 1960, after the birth of their two children, she and Nikola immigrated to the United States, where they resided in Brooklyn. In 2003, after the death of her beloved husband, Nikolina moved to Robbinsville to be closer to her family.

A pleasant and personable woman, Nikolina enjoyed gatherings and dancing. She liked to cook, bake, needlepoint, and crochet. More than anything, she loved being with her family and friends.

Daughter of the late Nikola and Mara Grego, she was predeceased by her husband, Nikola Ilijic, her son, Nicholas Ilijic, and her brother, Ivan Grego. Nikolina is survived by her daughter, Helen Ilijic; her daughter-in-law, Myra Ilijic; grandchildren, Andrew, Jonathan, and Matthew; and great grandchildren, Harper, Weston, and Isadora.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 18th from 4-8pm at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am on Thursday, May 19th at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 1282 Yardville-Allentown Rd., Allentown. Interment will be held in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nikolina's name to a charity of your choice.
