Obituary

Nikolaus Kasper, 93 of  Cream Ridge, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024, at his home, surrounded by his family.  Born in Billéd, Romania, he moved to the US with his parents in 1950 and was a longtime resident of South Brunswick before moving to Cream Ridge.

A US Army veteran stationed in Germany during the Korean War, Nikolaus was a highly skilled mason by trade, working with his father and later for himself. He was a member of St. Augustine of Canterbury RC Church in Kendall Park, NJ and was also a member of the German American Society of Trenton. Nikolaus enjoyed spending time with his family and close friends.

Son of the late Nikolaus and Maria Kasper, he was predeceased by his loving wife of 65 years, Martha M. Kasper. Nikolaus is survived by his three sons and their wives, Robert Sr., and Karen Kasper of Cream Ridge, Nikolaus and Rose Kasper of Monroe Twp. and Joseph and Karen R. Kasper of Kendall Park. Lovingly known as "Pop-Pop", he was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, all of whom will miss him dearly.

A memorial service will be held Friday, December 6th at 1pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Burial will be private.
