Nellie Thompson Potts, 89, of Hamilton, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022 at her daughter's home surrounded by loved ones. Born in Cream Ridge, NJ, she enjoyed nature, animals, reading, and collecting angels. Nellie loved music, especially Elvis Presley, Anne Murray, Kate Smith, Roger Whittaker, Johnny Cash, and John Denver.  She also enjoyed watching religious programs including, Pat Robertson, Jack Van Impe, Joel Osteen, Max Lucado, and Billy Graham.

Daughter of the late Malven and Anna Thompson, she was predeceased by her husband, Edward Potts, Sr., by her son, Brian Potts, and by her siblings, Melvin Thompson, Milton Thompson, Eva Thompson, and Margaret Thompson. Nellie is survived by her children, Yvonne and Thomas Wilson, Jr., of Hamilton, Mark Potts of Hamilton, Edward and Susan Potts of Bordentown and Darlene and Dennis Huyler of Columbus; her grandchildren, Eric Wilson of Hamilton and Melisa Warren of Medford Lakes; her great grandchildren, Alex and Cody Warren of Medford Lakes; her nieces, Barbara Solis and Beverly Thompson of Hamilton, her sister-in-law, Jean Veneziano of Morrisdale, PA, her cousin, Joyce Conk of Freehold, as well as many other cousins.

A viewing will be held Thursday, December 29 ^th from 6-8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  Funeral Service will be 12pm on Friday, December 30 ^th . Interment will follow in Cream Ridge Cemetery.
