Nancy Marie Kraeger Bown, 51, of Allentown passed away Wednesday. Born in Utica, NY, she resided in Saratoga for 8 years before moving to the Allentown area 25 years ago. A beloved mother and friend, Nancy was devoted to her daughters. For many years, she assisted her husband at Gateway Farm in Freehold. Nancy loved the outdoors, nature and her horses and enjoyed the ocean and beach which brought calmness and peace to her life.

Predeceased by her husband, John A. Bown, Nancy is survived by her daughters, Jessica and Maja Bown of Allentown; her mother, Irene Kraeger of New Hartford, NY and five sisters, Audrey, Judy, Jody, Debbie and Lynn as well as many nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass will be celebrated Saturday 12pm at Sacred Heart Church, 343 S. Broad St., Trenton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Maja Bown College Fund, C/O Jessica Bown, PO Box 3, Perrineville, NJ 08535.
