Muriel E. Strohl, 80, of Princeton Junction, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013.  Born in Elizabeth, she was a resident of Princeton Junction for 44 years.  A member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Perth Amboy, Muriel retired from Princeton University and Plasma Physics Laboratory.  She loved to cook, crochet and sew gifts for her family and friends.  Muriel was a kind and faithful woman who was devoted to her faith and family, was always willing to help whenever she could.  Everyone who knew Muriel loved her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Rev. Robert R. Strohl; three daughters and sons-in-law, Ruth Strohl-Palmer and Ken Palmer, Carol and Howard Barina and Janet Strohl-Morgan and James Morgan as well as her grandchildren, Kyle and Anna Sage Palmer, Emily and Jocelyn Barina and Alex Gerber.

Funeral Service will be held 11 am on Thursday, March 14 ^th at St. Paul Lutheran Church,  79 One Mile Rd Ext  East Windsor, NJ 08520.  Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  Friends may call Wednesday from 3-5pm and 7-9pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 664 Amboy Ave., Perth Amboy, NJ 08861.
