Miriam J. Stone , 94, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Serenity Hospice, in Hamilton Township, NJ. Born in Mount Holly, she had been a resident of Bordentown City since 1954. She had retired from the State of New Jersey, Department of Labor and Industry, was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #26 and the Daughter's of the American Revolution. Miriam loved her flowers and her cats and could be found working in her yard nearly every day. She will be missed by her family, neighbors and friends.

Predeceased by her parents Robert and Violet Rogers, her siblings: Edward Rogers and Gladys Lins, her sister-in-law, Joan Rogers, nephew Robert Lins and her beloved husband Ralph L. Stone, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Larry Denney of Bordentown City. Her brother, Donald E. Rogers of Cape May Court House, nieces and nephews: Linda Lins, Diane Manning, Rose Rogers and Donald Rogers Jr and grand nieces and nephews: Cheryl Craig and her husband Joe, Steve Lins and his wife Vicky and Mark Manning and his wife Mary.

Funeral Services will be held 11 am Tuesday May 13 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Family and friends may call Tuesday morning from 9 am until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery, Bordentown Township, NJ.
