Mimi Ng, 72 of East Windsor, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Bear Creek Assisted Living. Born in Toishan, Guangdong province of China, she moved to the San Francisco Bay area with her family as a teenager in 1966. Once married, she lived in New Jersey and worked as a librarian for Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ for over thirty years until her retirement in 2015. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, traveling, and playing mahjong with friends.

Mimi is survived by her husband of 54 years, Chiu Ng; her son and daughter-in-law, Lenox and Katie Ng, her daughter and son-in-law, Yvette and Jason Keller, granddaughter Kaylen Ng, her siblings Wayne Lim, Elaine Welch, and Karin Lau, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother Billy Lim.

A viewing will be held Monday, June 13 ^th from 1:00 to 2:30 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow in Allentown Cemetery.
